Most student start looking for their accommodation earlier than you think. Most houses are reserved well before the 1 ^st term has even begun.

NOVEMBER – List for the next academic year goes live

NOVEMBER – EARLY DECEMBER – Reservations begin

STUDENTS GO HOME FOR CHRISTMAS

JANUARY TO APRIL – Peak booking season

EASTER HOLIDAYS

APRIL TO JUNE – Steady bookings

JUNE/JULY – Students move out of accommodation

SUMMER HOLIDAYS

AUGUST/SEPTEMBER – Students start moving in

SEPTEMBER TO NOVEMBER – Preparations for next accommodation to go live

Of course there are some exceptions to this as some houses may have 10, 11 or 12 month tenancies and they can start from as early as 1 ^st July or not move out until 31 ^st August but generally each year is very similar.
