Our vast array of experience means we have an excellent understanding of your property needs. we can offer as little or as much assistance as you need, from basic letting services to full time management of your student property.
over the years we have also formed strong relationships with lots of people within the industry, which we now use to our clients benefit. we can offer advice and put you in touch with people for mortgages, financial planning, and insurance. we even offer a secure online landlord resource, where you can log in and keep track of your accounts.
there are three main levels to the services we offer:
let only
We will take care of everything required to let your property. Marketing, contract signing and even take the deposit for you.
rent collection
As well as the above we will also collect your monthly rental payments. If the rent is not paid on time we will chase the payments and manage the situation on your behalf.
fully managed
If the thought of having a minimum amount of input appeals to you, then this service is perfect. It includes everything in the previous two options plus all inspections, maintenance, regulatory compliance, certificates, and inventories.
