Key Collections
Our usual practise is for the first person collecting keys for your tenancy to receive all the tenant keys for the property.
As joint-and-several tenants you have responsibility as a group to ensure that all required documentation, payments, and ID checks for tenants and any guarantors are completed. We will be completing all required documentation and final checks before keys can be released.
If you are in one of our Fully Managed properties, your property manager will be looking forwards to meeting with you and your group at the property when you are settling in.
ID Verification Reminder
If you, any member of your tenancy group, or any guarantors have not yet completed the required ID verification through our online system, Calmony, please do so as soon as possible.
Please note that landlords are unable to authorise your move-in until all required identity verification checks have been successfully completed.
