We all know some of the things we are used to are a bit different at the moment, which is why we have a new process to help you find the best properties whilst staying as safe as possible.
Contactless viewing
VR Tours, virtual viewings and video viewings – we are committed to handling as many contactless viewings as possible. We now have many properties including a virtual tour or video. We are going to be able to conduct group viewings with our virtual tours also, so you get a good look around the properties, whilst staying safe. Where a physical viewing is needed, we will have Covid safe measures in place and have limited numbers of viewings to
keep you safe
Contactless Booking
As always, you can book all of our properties online using our online reservation portal. This is live updated so if the property is available to see, it is still available. This avoids the hassle of visiting the office to sign forms like you will at an old school estate agency.
Contactless process after booking
Deposits, holding fee, contract signing, ID and Right to Rent can all be done online, we don’t need you to come to the office until you collect keys at the start of your contract.
Covid safe key collection
We have a designated area for key collections, in our Covid safe zone. We make the appointment one person for group and prepare everything so that it is as quick as possible for you.
